ABCs…always be cheerful, calm, courageous…cheerfulness helps self & others to be happy…makes our cells feel good, do happy-healthy work…

Charles Darwin wrote, “happiness decidedly prevails (in human nature) since pleasurable sensations …stimulate the whole system to increase action. Hence it has come to pass that most or all sentient beings have been developed in such a manner through natural selection that pleasurable sensations serve as their habitual guides”. Shall we be happy?

Do we have the right to be happy while horrendous tragedies are happening…as in Rwanda, the Holocaust, Iraq, the Tsunami, WW1 & WW2, Global warming, Israel-Palestine, AIDs, sleeping sickness, malaria, wars & starvation…Yes, sadness & depression, do not help the suffering…good actions empowered by happiness help them.

A little at a time is a lot at the end of a day, week, month, year, lifetime…it accumulates…what is good?…
being cheerful…strong…thoughtful…loving-kind…free…doing good works…
