Often we’ve heard Dubya, Karl, Rummy & Dick roar,
“We won’t cut & run”/ Cut & run from what?
They aren’t in Iraq facing Kalashnikovs, grenades,
Roadside bombs, suicide bombers
When they were young
They could have gone to war…Korea, Vietnam, Grenada
But they dodged war religiously/ Had better things to do
Get married, become rulers, make fame & fortunes
Instead they send low income young guys & women
To fight, kill, die, be dismembered
for them & corporations & generals
& to fight, kill, & dismember enemy
women, children, & men of all ages
Are Dubya-Tony-Rummy-Dick
tough guys or cowards (not cowboys)
“We won’t cut & run!” / Sheesh! Shame!
